Dr. William Taugher Flynn, MD

I think Dr. Flynn is a wonderful doctor. He is reassuring and funny, very easy to talk to about every worry new parents have. Unfortunately, today I had to leave his practice as his staff has been so rude every single visit I have had. Every single one! I never so much as received a smile or a "have a nice day". And today, I arrived at my scheduled time only for the receptionist to tell me I was wrong. I knew the time she said I had was wrong because it is my son's nap time and I never would have asked for that time. There was no apology about any kind of misunderstanding. I didn't really fight it though because I knew I hadn't checked my messages at home and so I felt that it was my fault for not doing that. But when I got home, there were no messages. They never called to confirm. I'm sad that I can't continue seeing Dr. Flynn but his staff caused me such stress every time I visited it wasn't worth it anymore.

Wonderful doctor, has cared for my children for years. Smart, with a great bedside manner.

Dr. Flynn has cared for our children for the past 16 years. We can't say enough good things about him. He has the most wonderful way with kids--humorous, calm, and comforting. He takes his time and listens, answers questions thoroughly, and treats each child as if he or she was his own. He has always made accurate diagnoses but is not quick to just give a Rx and will discuss alternatives and side effects to make sure the treatment is the best one for the situation. He has seen my children through chicken pox, asthma, pneumonia, strep, allergies, and various vague illnesses, rashes, aches, and pains. Even though we moved from New Canaan years ago, we never considered changing to a doctor closer to home. Recommend 100%!
