????Bad experience with the staff

I had very bad experience here. I felt staff was bit rude. Doctor seemed to have no concern on my condition .I was told initially that I was pregnant that is what is causing all the gastro symptoms! later only blood test revealed I wasn't. Every time I was there I felt worse. Doctors had no time! and I really had to wait long for my test results.. and beware.. if you need to get your medical reports, you really have to pay a dollar per sheet that too after waiting for 2 long weeks and follow ups!. Dont waste your time

It's really a shame, this is a great doctor. however ,, good luck with working with his staff. I'm reporting them to the department of insurance for possible fraud . They will ie to your face . fact check everything. They told me they called my carrier and the procedure was not covered would cost me $300.00. I contact my carrier they never HEARD from them..

Arleen is PLEASANT to speak to knows her job i been there many times its when she isnt there is the problem no one can do her job like she does. Its great when arleen does paperwork everything is taken care of but others dont complete plus they like texting on their phones. Whats important patient or text. Plus she shouldnt be the only one answering phones while others just sit around talking

The staff was great at fitting me in for an urgent appointment. I did wait about 45 minutes, but I would rather have a doctor that spends time with his patients than one that rushes their patients in and out of the door. He spent time with me to discuss what was going on. I have seen a lot of GI doctors, due to my condition, and he was very knowledgeable. He quickly scheduled me for a follow up diagnostic procedure. Staff is very upbeat and friendly. I highly recommend!

Awful front desk staff. The PA Mary is fine. However, you never see the doctor for appointments so don't go in with that hope. Also the staff is very unfriendly (minus maybe one person). You can tell on the phone as well as in person with the way they treat other patients and the way they handle phone calls (facial expressions). Also the information you get from one person is inconsistent with another and they like to cut you off. They also do not explain anything properly and seem like they just want your money.

Staff sucks very very rude especially Arlene if people are okd & bitter they need to retire period also they are always trying to get you to see Mary whi wants to see a physician assistant & by the way she sucks

Great Staff

This Dr is known for his compassion, incredibly accurate diagnosis and high level of care I cannot believe the audacity of the individual who wrote the report on Jan 24th. They are desperate pathetic and not worthy of even being in his prescence let alone his care. He is not only a wonderful Doctor, but a beautiful human being as well.
