Dr. William Robert Gailmard, MD

I wish my husband could write this review, but he is dead. My husband went to Cookeville Regional Hospital ER on Jan. 4,2017 with kidney stones. Dr. Gailmard saw him and ordered CT scan which revealed stones and a mass on his pancreas. He said my husband could pass stone and sent us home. He said nothing about mass. Four months later another doctor looking at The CT report told my husband about the mass. After surgery and chemo, he passed away 15 months later. I believe if Dr. Gailmard had told him about the mass when it was detected and small (2cm) my husband might still be living.

I saw him several months ago when I went to CRMC ER. He changed my medications which weren't helping me and the changes gave me instant relief. He took the time to explain about my previous meds and then about the changes he was making. It was obvious to me and my husband that he was a lot more knowledgeable about medications that the doctor who prescribed the ones that weren't helping and were actually harmful to me. I wish I could have him as my primary care physician!

Bully Dr. very mean.
