Dr. William Charles Hanes, MD

Dr. Hanes is simply the best. Yes, you have to wait but if you like your Dr. It is worth it. He answers every question you ask.

Went to see Dr. Hanes, for Hip replacement - excellent, time spent with me and my husband explaining what will happen. He was on time for the appointment and explained all that would happen. Now waiting for insurance approval

Don't know why the bad reviews---this Dr Hanes was OUTSTANDING----spent alot of time with me and my wife before and after surgery----clear and concise in his medical discussions . I would highly recommend Dr Hanes to anyone!

Dr Hanes. Is terrible. The wait times was over 1 1/2 hours every time I went to his office. His staff (Jessica) said she left multiple messages for the Dr. on my behalf and she was sorry he never returned my calls, how un professional of a Dr. The receptionists are rude and took offense when I asked how much longer I would have to wait to see the Dr. During my apps. Jessica was very nice and tried to help, but when you work for a jerk that is late, rude, unorganized it is difficult to keep a professional manor. I would never recommend going to his office, I will never go again.

Dr. Hanes diagnosed a condition that was outside his speciality, he was going to get me a referrel to a university medical doctor, but fell short on his promise. I left numeropus messages and never received a call back. The wait was more than 2 hours to see him. Why would you want someone to operate on you that can't manage time. I will never go see him again and i strongly reccomend avoiding his office.

Had initial visit where I waited 2 hours before seeing Hanes.We discussed my injury and a surgery after MRI results.After MRI had I had a 4pm appt. for which he did not show up with no notice to me. The poor receptionist said she had not been told till noon. I was then notified he was taking a scheduled 1 month vacation! I have been in constant pain and now treated in this manner.Unprofessional does not begin to describe Mr. Hanes

Good surgeon, poor time manager and administrator. Never less than 2 HOURS late for an appointment, often more. Follow-up treatment often fell through the cracks and required repeated phone calls to straighten out. His careless attitude toward his patients' time is perceived by his staff as a lack of respect, and reflected in their attitudes.
