The television in the waiting room showed all of the medical staff and whether they were on time. Dr. Higginbotham's name came up and the staus shown was 'on time' when in fact he was running half an hour behind. I would not have been frustrated if the screen showed 'he is running late'.

Dr. Higginbotham is very personable. My office visits go very smoothly. He covers the information I need to know. He asks if I have any questions. I never feel rushed. He gives me all the time I need to ask question and receive clear, easy to understand answers. I recommend him to people who are in need of orthopedic care.

My visit with Dr. Higginbotham went very well. He is professional and his attire is well groomed. He listen to me and expressed concern for my problem.. He reviewed and explained my x-rays to me as well as the treatment plan for me. I didn't feel rushed at all. He answered my questions and concerns. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I feel confident to refer my family and friends to Dr. William Higginbotham.
