Dr. William J Jackson, DO

I have seen Dr. Jackson for 2 separate arm tendon problems. Dr. Jackson has provided conservative treatment and I avoided surgery for now. PRP solved one problem without surgery. He can explain the problem and treatments so I understand. I would recommend Dr. Jackson to any of my friends.

Dr Jackson is both personal and professional. He is very open to any questions and answers succinctly and understandably. He is very knowledgable, and follows a logical treatment algorithm.

Dr. Jackson and his whole team were amazing, friendly, professional and dedicated, My surgery was within 48 hours of my first visit, the team thought of and managed everything, Dr. Jackson is the commensurate professional, surgery went extremely well and my recovery is progressing well. Dr. Jackson has been working with me since my freshmen year in high school with 3 consecutive broken arms and I have to say, what an amazing doctor. He has always been so helpful with recovery, clear and easy to understand when telling me what exactly was happening and how he intended on going out treatment, and there to answer any questions or concerns I had. I always felt like I was in good hands with Dr. Jackson and to this day, I wouldn't want any other doctor treating any of my injuries. For the longest time, Dr. Jackson actually made me consider a career in sports medicine just by how great of a doctor and person he was. A real inspiration and role model to me. I have recommended and will continue to recommend Dr. Jackson to anyone I know because he really is that great.

Dr. Jackson has seen all of my family members and has never disappointed! He is very thorough and he is great with the kids....truly cares about his patients!

I asked Doctor Jackson for antibiotics before surgery for an infection and after surgery and a week later when the stiches came out. He never gave me a prescription. During the post surgical stitch removal he said that he "he could have just treated it with antibiotics". He also said the swelling I had was just swelling, not infection. He also arrived in the surgical suite almost 3 hours late. He said "What can I say except I am sorry?" I followed up right away with my regular doctor and have had 2 shots and two types of oral antibiotics. This doctor thinks the infection has gone down to the bone. The next step will be a possible stay so I can have an IV. Thanks Dr. Jackson. I will have this scar to remind me of where I will never go again.

Waited minimum 45 minutes at each visit for doctor. Doesn't like to take questions or answer them--very hostile when you do, takes the questions as a personal attack instead of thinking that a patient might just like to know why. Would not recommend this doctor, although I like this practice (other doctor, PT).
