I am a surgeon with more than 20 years of experience in diagnosing and treating men and women with benign and malignant (cancerous) diseases of the liver, bile ducts, gallbladder, and pancreas. Most of my patients have primary liver cancer, pancreatic cancer, bile duct cancer, or colon cancer that has spread (metastasized) to the liver, which is known as secondary liver cancer. I also treat benign conditions such as pancreatic cysts.

Dr Jarnigan not only performed my surgery, he gave me confidence to move forward with my life. He is a hero for our family.

Dr. Jarnagin performed surgery on my pancreas for the removal of what turned out to be a benign tumor. He displayed excellent professional and personal skills. Unlike many surgeons, he is not only a highly qualified doctor but a warm, gracious person. I feel fortunate to have made is acquaintance.

I had a Whipple Procedure done by Dr. Jarnagin. I was very happy with the treatment in the hospital as well as subsequent visits after the surgery. I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs his credentials for the various surgeries he performs.

Dr Jarnigan accurately diagnosed my sister who had stage 4 cancer and as she said, "he looked her in the eye and told her the truth." He is compassionate and based on his diagnosis we were able to get the best treatment. There isn't another Dr. in the world with this specialty, I would recommend other than Dr Jarnigan.

I met Dr. Jarnagin after my diagnosis of stage IV colon cancer with a metastasis to the Liver and Lungs. His first Idea was to see the reaction to the chemo, when I had miraculous shrinkage he decided to watch a .6 cm lesion that was left in my liver. He attended my colon resection and did an internal ultrasound he told me all looks good. I will continue to have my scans and I know if I ever need him I have a wonderful qualified Dr. to do my surgery.

Dr, Jarnagin and his staff saved my life the first time and then saved my life the second time after undergoing hernia surgery.I can only hope and pray that I will be around to see my chjld grow up to be a fine young man and thanks to Dr. Jarnagin and his great staff I have had almost two years already to enjoy my baby boy who is the love of my life.Thank-you for taking care of me along with all of the great nurses at Sloan. I could not have been in better hands. God Bless you all!
