The minute I walked through the door I was greeted by the staff at the front desk and they helped me through the entire way. Dr. Johnson was incredible as well. He sat with me until all my questions were answered and was in no rush to leave

Dr. did sinus surgery and now my ears are bothering me. At appointment after he took tubes out of nose, I told him my ears were bothering me and the glands below the ears on my neck hurt and he said that has nothing to do with your sinuses and left the room. What does the "E" in ENT stand for???

Since 2003, I have had a problem with my ears. Oozing, flaking, itching. Couldn't sleep due to the intense itching. Embarrassed by the disgusting flakes and junks of goo forming in my ears on a daily basis. Ears, earlobes and surrounding skin red & raw. One ear so swollen that it was affecting my hearing! Despite visits to my family doctor and to several dermatologists, nothing seemed to alleviate this annoying problem. I went to Dr. Johnson and he reviewed some of the ointments/creams I had been using. Told me those wouldn't work. Issued me a new prescription AND FINALLY RELIEF!!! I would say I am 99% cured. THANK YOU DR. JOHNSON!!!!

When first meeting with the doctor he complimented my son's style and treated him with the up most respect. The day of surgery he greeted us cordially and was very genuine and and thorough with instructions. Then our return follow up again he was a very pleasant doctor and handled the extraction with gentle hands. Being a parents of a wheelchair bound child can be hard but it's even harder finding a doctor with the kind of compassion he had. We highly recommend him, thanks doc! :))

Would not recommend him to anyone! Mother in law thought he was rude and his time was to good for me

Do not expect courteous treatment. The staff was rude, tatted everywhere and stood around gossiping about another patient and her interaction with the doctor! Dusty, unkempt waiting room. Floor was littered with paper and there was dried blood encrusted inside medical equipment tubing in one of the medical rooms. Waited for AN HOUR without any staff checking on me or coming in to explain the delay. Very poor experience--obviously will not return.

You didn't treat us like we were uninsured, you treated us like human beings. Thank you for becoming a Doctor, our Doctor!
