Dr. William Jacob Kaz, MD

I was excited and optimistic that he was a doctor that had many years of experience. I was hoping to learn some amazing coping techniques, and ways for me to continue my growth and mental health stability. Unfortunately, this was not the case. My first visit with the doctor was dreadful, the appointment was very long and difficult as I had to continually repeat myself at an ever-increasing volume, to the point that it felt as though I was yelling at him. The care that he provided seemed like a checklist with questions that seem to come directly from a book, rather than to get to know me and understand me. Many of my mental health problems returned especially my depression. Dr. Kaz was a doctor that did listen to me especially when I expressed, I was experiencing thoughts of harming myself, and that I needed medication support to better understand the side effects and how to cope with them. I would call him, and he would not ever return any of the calls. His voice mail box was… consistently full.
