Dr. William Francis Kennard, MD

His office is closed in Toms River, NJ, and no answer on the telephone. Same in Manahawkin, NJ

Staff is friendly but dreadful returning calls, poor on following up with orders for patients. I've waited anywhere from a half hour to one-and-a-half hours in waiting room, then another 20-30 minutes in exam room before actually seeing the doctor. I've looked into changing doctors but he's the only one in my plan within 25 miles.

Dr. Kennard, is conservative in his desire for surgery, yet very forward thinking in recommending exercise, dietary changes and the utilization of supplements in speeding the healing process as well as in preparation for surgery. His demeanor is relaxed and disarming, with a deliberate pace to analyze patients questions, then making recommendations to best suit the patients needs. I have known him professionally and as my physician for over 30 years.
