Dr. Knapke put in 4 dental for snap in denture. They failed after one year of use. They failed because they were put in wrong. It cost me over $7,000 now it is going to cost over $10,000 to have it fix.

Went for the $2200 ultimate fit denture package. Temporary was realigned 4 times and then broke. Had a new form made and the final temporary wouldn’t even fit in. Was still waiting to get the permanent but knew it wouldn’t ever fit. I had constant burning in my mouth from it most likely from the material. Demanded my money back-threw the temporary denture back to them but they will not give me an answer of any refund. I went back a total of at least 8 times. Keeps saying the dentist is reviewing the complaint Meanwhile he made up the last mold as I insisted he do it not one of the girls in the office. Meanwhile had to pay $1500 for a denture somewhere else of a much better quality. Don’t go there.
