Dr. Lo doesn't care about people. Avoid him.

I've had terrible experiences with Dr. Lo. He refuses to use preferred gender pronouns, which can be very traumatic, especially in a medical/mental health setting. He does not seem to care very much and he does not do the appropriate follow up. He seems totally checked out during our appointments. It seems irresponsible that he should continue to be a practicing psychiatrist.

Worst psych dr ever....I honestly don't know how he consider hem self a dr

Dr. Lo was very nice but for the most part - he rarely made eye contact w/me, only made checks and notes in my chart. When came to peer to peer review for continued treatment, felt like other psychiatrists would have fought harder for me. Pleasant but not for those who really want intensive treatment.
