Dr. Long is an awesome Dr. he is very knowledgeable and will be with you through the end!

Dr. Long has consistently been caring and wonderfully pleasant. Just a kind heart and gentle man as well as a genuinely caring doctor who lives the Hippocratic Oath. Through the years he has retained his sense of humor and spends quality time with his patients, sensitive to any concerns or questions. He is respectful of one's modesty, puts you at ease in an awkward position and very gentle during exams. He and his assistant Pat, are a wonderful team and she is efficient and responsive to requests. He makes sure he understands symptoms, is comprehensive in diagnosing and explains thoroughly. He has a caring and compassionate bedside manner. I adore him. The medical community will loose a true asset the day Dr. Long retires. And I hope it isn't too weird to mention that he's darn good looking, too.

Best doctor I have ever had in my entire life. He takes his time with you and listens. He is prompt at keeping up with my health issues and thanks to him he was the one who diagnosed my diabetes.

Dr. Long is a blessing to his profession. He is kind, caring and easy to talk to. He listens when you talk and explains things in a clear manner so they are easy to understand. He is a knowledgeable professional with a personality! Awesome staff! Always returns my calls cheerfully, concerned and professionally.

Dr. Long is an excellent doctor. He is thorough, kind, and takes extra steps to make sure his patients are well cared for health-wise. However, he has the worst staff I have ever encountered (I am 62 years old--I have been to a few doctors!) First, they lost 2 documents that were pertinent to my case; then, no one called me to schedule an MRI, then they faxed an order to Baptist Hospital for blood work--my name was not on the order. I was in a panic to get my blood work taken care of for the MRI. Then, I called his nurse. After 3 weeks she had not returned my call. I left another message, and my call was not returned. Finally, I called the Office Manager to intervene--Dr Long's nurse spoke with me at that time. This is aggravation no one needs.
