The BEST Plastic Surgeon, I absolutely love love love my results! My whole experience with Dr. Losquardo was excellent from the initial appointment to post surgery on my revision rhinoplasty. I developed lots of scar tissue on my previous rhinoplasty and he corrected it 100 percent! He not only provided great results, but also gave guidance on preparing me to heal from my first follow up visit to my year end post visit. He is very professional, patient and detailed on how to take care of yourself and answered all my questions.

This is a long but honest review... I really wanted to give him a good review. He has always been very nice. I went to him to fix a horrible butcher job from another surgeon. I was very specific in what I needed fixed. I made sure I was understood and went over it plenty with him. He assured me that he could and would do everything I asked and was happy to help and confident he could do exactly what I wanted. Now it is many months post surgery and it is more than apparent that he did not listen and just did whatever he wanted instead. He even made some of the things I needed changed most, much worse. When I keep asking for him to fix it he actually says, he's seen worse noses. I am devastated on how it looks and I still can't breathe! It's even still numb and turns blue! He refused presurgery to let me send him pics or even the report on what the other Drs saying needed to be done. My friends and family are disgusted. My poor husband hears me cry constantly. I have taken all the… mirrors in our house down. If he was honest from the beginning that he couldn't do what I went to him for I would have easily just went to someone who could. I will update this if he does fix at least a tiny bit of it but now he's saying what I went to him for, he can not do. Definitely something he should have said before putting me through another surgery! My nose looks beyond worse and I still can't breathe. It's way worse than when it was broken! The only thing he did help with, and why I am even still talking with him to repair what he did, is that it is straighter. He was not the one who butchered my face to begin with and I know he went into this thinking he was helping but I do not understand why he made the changes he did without asking and knowing most of them where the opposite of what i came to him for.

I saw Dr. Losquadro for a revision rhinoplasty that left me with a sunken nose and trouble breathing. I was grateful for his expertise and care. He has trained with some of the best surgeons in the world and it shows!

Dr. Losquadro may not be as flashy and fame seeking as the majority of Park Avenue plastic surgeons but he’s extremely talented and a true master of his craft. He performed an extremely complex revision rhinoplasty procedure on me with supreme skill. Dr. Losquadro is a benevolent man of integrity who truly honors the Hippocratic Oath to “first, do no harm.” From my experience, he prioritizes the safety of his patients and listens carefully to their needs. He tailors his approach to the individual needs of each patient. I know this personally because I am aware of another patient he assisted in a remarkably complex reconstruction case. In contrast to Dr. Lodquadro, it appears many of the Park Avenue/Manhattan doctors are charlatans, motivated by avarice to pay for their fancy offices and line their pockets. Unlike Dr. Losquadro who formulates an individual approach, they often follow a cookie cutter/copy and paste method to surgical cases and run factories where they frequently… perform 3-5 surgeries a day. Please choose your doctor carefully! I would highly recommend Dr. Losquadro for any primary or revision rhinoplasty, no matter how complex the case. Dr. Losquadro is a maven in his field and a good man.

Dr. Losquadro is an absolute miracle worker! I would highly recommend him to anyone considering a rhinoplasty procedure. God bless this man, he has saved my nose and given me a second chance of life! I am only 1 week post operative but can already see his fantastic results. He expertly performed a highly complex revision rhinoplasty after I was severely botched by a Manhattan plastic surgeon. I was extremely traumatized and depressed after this negligent butcher pressured me to have a procedure I simply did not need, he ‘fixed’ nasal defects which were characteristics of my nose I specifically requested to keep (I made these requests both verbally and in writing.) He gave me a horrendously lifted and bulbous tip, left me with a pollybeak deformity, destroyed my bridge, also left me with terrible breathing problems due to a collapsed nasal vault and vast amounts of scar tissue due to his awful technique. I was so depressed, I lost my job, did not go out in public, I was… hospitalized with post traumatic stress and I suffered agonizing insomnia due to the inability to breathe. I would wake up every hour gasping for breath and drooling over a wet pillow. It had a truly catastrophic impact on my life! To add insult to injury, this surgeon also fabricated multiple emails and even the operative report as part of a cover up. He shamelessly claimed I had requested a tip lift and wanted to fix a ‘plunging’ tip. All of this was of course totally false and precisely the opposite of what I had requested! He is currently threatening me with a $6 million lawsuit after I complained about his conduct to the medical board. I wish I could warn everybody in the Realself community about who he is but sadly cannot reveal his identity due to a pending lawsuit. What I can say is... 1. He does NOT perform digital imaging. 2. He is based on upper east side Manhattan and is in his late 60s. 3. He is aggressive with his marketing and has a very fancy office. Please don’t be fooled, stay far away from this narcissistic mutilator, he has not only botched me but many other victims! Another surgeon told me he has a terrible reputation within the industry. In contrast, Dr Losquadro always treated me with kindness and compassion and with the highest level of care. He never rushed his consultations, he listened attentively and most importantly, he delivered a phenomenal, natural result. He expertly restored my 90 degree nasolabial angle and lengthened my nose with septal extension grafts. He also refined the bulbous tip with dome binding dissolvable sutures. He fixed the pollybeak deformity, removed vast amounts of scar tissue, he also improved my breathing using spreader grafts without widening the nose. The surgery itself took 3 hours, the staff were all lovely and the recovery has been painless. For anyone who has been botched, nobody deserves this misery and trauma but please do lot lose hope! There are skilled, talented and ethical surgeons out there... I was so lucky to find Dr. Losquadro. My guardian angel! I would highly recommend him to everybody!

I had the idea of having a rhinoplasty in my head for years, but didn't want to do it until I found the absolute right surgeon. I finally came across Dr. Losquadro, who I felt comfortable with to do my rhino-septoplasty (septum correction plus a cosmetic rhinoplasty), as he is not only qualified (double board certified), but very kind and has excellent bedside manner. Every step of the process was as smooth as I could have hoped for. :) He is caring and professional, and everyone I talked to before the procedure ensured me that he does amazing work. He has a quiet confidence about him and he's very laid back and reassuring. I am extremely happy with my results so far. Swelling takes months to completely disappear, but I am so happy with how it looks already and know the final result will be just as I imagined.

I highly recommend Dr. Losquadro. I needed plastic surgery to repair my facial area after a fall. I believe I was very fortunate to have found Dr. Losquadro. I was extremely pleased with the results of the surgery. Over the course of many months, Dr. Losquadro straightforwardly and thoroughly explained all procedures and recovery time. Dr. Losquadro’s character is the perfect balance of professionalism and compassion. His skill and care helped get me through a very difficult time for which I will always be grateful.

I had a Rhinoplasty/Septoplasty done a FEW times but a different doctor, but I wasn't happy w/ the results. Another doctor of mine recommended Dr. Losquadro and he is AMAZING!!! He spent time explaining what he was going to do, showed me computer-generated before/after pictures, was extremely patient, and had an AMAZING bedside manner. Not to mention he's cute. I am EXTREMELY happy with the work he did on my nose, and I would recommend him to anyone!! He is a complete artist. I'd use him again if needed, without question. The healing was quick as well, and he was extremely helpful during follow-up appointments. THE BEST!!! Oh, and his office staff, including the nurse, are awesome as well.
