Dr. Bill is the absolute best - we are very lucky we were assigned to him for our son's T1D care. He always listens to our concerns, he listens to our needs and provides the support we and our son need. He asks our son questions as well, rather than relying only on us to answer his questions.

I thought the front check in person was friendly and very kind. The nurse who took us back was sweet. The doctor was friendly, made us feel at ease. He explained everything to us since it's a new diagnosis and allowed us to ask any questions. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

I honestly feel so lucky that my son got Dr.Bill as his endocrinologist. Not that I wanted him to be diabetic, but Dr. Bill truly listens and helps and encourages him. He is truly a tremendous doctor.

Bill has been a great provider and educator throughout our diabetes journey. He is great with our son and helps him understand the condition he has and how to continue to live a normal life and how to take care of himself.
