Dr. William Stanley Martin

I am a PhD so I need a very smart physician. My blood pressure was out of control and Dr. Martin did what other physicians could not do. He got my blood pressure down without problems with side effects.

Dr. Martin is the most accessible physician I have ever dealt with. He is prompt, courteous and a real nice guy too.

I've been seeing Dr. Martin for years and have had nothing but good experiences. I've recommended him to others and will continue to do so.

I have had my primary health in Dr Martins hands for 12 yrs. His service is excellent. Knowledgable and involved in managing my health.

Dr. Martin is the kind of old school doctor you no longer see these days. He is a great diagnostician, has an easy bed side manner, and is always accessible and responsive. His team is also helpful and responsive. If only we could have more like Doc Martin in this day and age.

Dr Martin is an excellent internist and diagnostician. The office is very efficient in on time appointments and Dr Martin always explains test results and medications thoroughly. I highly recommend Dr Martin and his staff.

I am very suprised to see that there are such negative views of Dr. Martin. After reading the reviews though, it seems like some of the writers may have issues that are nothing to do with Dr. Martin. If you want someone to sit with you for 40 minutes talking about the minutiae of your life, then he isn't for you. However, if you want an amazingly smart doctor who knows his stuff, is thorough, knows all the best people to refer you to, and who follows up on everything, then he is your man. This is New York and you cannot make everyone happy, and I would rather go home and read the website that he recommends than be the patient sitting in the waiting area while he has to explain to you over and over again what is going on. Smart people go to smart doctors - I advise you to make an appointment and go see for yourself.
