Dr. William Dee Mauch, MD

Was sent here to a Dr that was about to go on vacation. His PA recommended surgery and I accepted only to be told another Dr would preform it.. I agreed but wait! That Dr now can't preform it so you are stuck waiting in pain while the random vacation Dr we gave you enjoys his vacation. Guess we will see when he gets back. In the meantime I am in so much pain. Losing so much work. But who cares? Definitely not Dr Mauch or Dr Smith. After all it's a holiday week so why would they care if you have extra days in pain? This place cares zero about people/pain/or your life. Want to make it right (or represent me)

I went in Thursday thinking I would have a 3 or 4 hr surgery to get a 6 cm stone from my kidney with a chance I could lose it and would have to leave with a drain to keep untilthe next surgery that would three to four hours. When I woke up from surgery he said he thought he got it all and if the kidney he worked on was my only one I had I’d be fine.

Great bedside manner. ,Professionalism , and skill. Don't know an MD who listens to patients history and feedback more closely. And takes it in and thus treats a patient' s problem better. Was an RN for over 25 years wish i would have worked with him and learned from him.Thank God he serves our area.

Great doctor who was very knowledgable about my condition.
