BEST DOCTOR EVER!!! DON'T BELIEVE THE LIES FROM OTHER DOCTOR'S OFFICES AND STAFF TRYING TO SMEAR HIM DUE TO ENVY JEALOUSY AND THE FACT THAT DR NIELDS HELPED PATIENTS WHERE OTHER DOCTORS FAILED TO. FURTHERMORE; LIKE WITH MY MOTHER, HE LISTENED AND HAD A WHOLE NEW APPROACH THAT WASN'T BIG PHARMA BASED MEDICATION OR SURGICAL PUSH OR WORSHIPPING AT THE ALTER OF THEIR PHILOSOPHY. HE DESERVES TO BE 10X MORE SUCCESSFUL THAN HE CURRENTLY IS. HIS STAFF IS EXCELLENT AND BOBBIE IS A DELIGHTFUL PERSON. THIS WAS THE EASIEST DECISION I EVER MADE FOR MY DEAR MOTHER.

I've been a patient of Dr Nields for 5 years. I've seen many doctors over the past twenty years for a chronic illness and Dr Nields is one of the best I've had the privilege of knowing. He's very knowledgeable and up to date with the latest treatments available and he shows a real concern for the well being of his patients. I would highly recommend him.

I was diagnosed with a degenerative neurological disease nearly twenty two years ago. During which time I've seen and received treatment from many doctors who specializes in neurology, cardiology, urology, pain therapy and primary care. I met and became a patient of Dr Nields five years ago after moving to Jacksonville. During my move I had allowed my neurological symptoms to get out of control and was in a destresed state of condition both mentally and physically when I met Dr Nields. Dr Nields did not hesitate and was able to began the necessary treatments that soon had me back in control of my symptoms. He has since began working on the disease itself and the possible causes of it. His wide range of knowledge of how the body works, along with the best course of treatment for keeping it healthy, has restored my confidence moving forward. If you are looking for a doctor who truly cares and has your quality of life as his top priority than I would highly recommend Dr Nields. I… would also give a shout-out to his staff. Their always there when you call and anytime I've ever needed anything they are quick to respond.

My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Nield's Family Practice for several years. He is very generous in accepting our Medicare Insurance and our military plan (Tricare For Life) for office visits and labs. Importantly, Dr. Nields always has time to answer our questions completely. His office receptionist (Brandy) is a dedicated employee with whom it is easy to schedule an appointment. Dr. Nields credentials include his Medical Residency at Mayo Clinic. As a physician, he received an "Excellence in Teaching" award at Mayo in 2003. In addition to addressing our various medical needs over the years, Dr Nields has consistently emphasized: "Preventative Medicine". He supports a healthy diet and exercise which he practices religiously. Bottom line - Dr. Nields is much more than an ordinary physician. He is an advocate for his patients.

I love him and his team and it seem like a smear campaign is Going in with him very informative staff caring and they really care for each patient and because he’s a Christian and don’t mind sharing his walk with Christ is why I believe these negative views are being place on this site

Dr. Nields thinks outside of the box and is all about the real causes of symptoms not just throwing a medication your way to take care of the symptoms. If it weren't for him looking at "the big picture" and thinking outside of the box I would probably be a lot sicker with a ton of medications treating many generic diagnosis because doctors will say "something is definitely going on" but the doctors really cannot figure it out so "generic diagnosis". But now after being a patient for some time; taking 1 medication only on occasion and healing my body in the healthiest possible ways from the real problem.... For someone who was beginning to feel quite hopeless since 2012 I have learned a whole lot from Dr. Nields. Thank God for this!!

Have never had a worse doctor/office experience in my 66 years. Took 22 day's for them to get my blood pressure medication re-fill (after being a patient for a year). Did not log an appointment I made (while standing right there), so that was missed. Just received a new BlueMedicare card with a new primary physician listed ...to my surprise. Turns out W.W. Nields and company never bothered to inform me that he dropped out of the Florida Blue plan. Total incompetence from the top on down. I'm MORE than happy to cut ties.

This office is a joke. If you want good medical attention and service do not go there. They DO NOT return calls, they literally poor attention to detail and patient care. I can you an example of being treated like little sheep in the herd. I just fell through the cracks and they they didn5 bother to fix my problem or provide me with necessary follow up care and dr referrals were never completed. If you need even basic health care do not go there. I promise you anyone would be better.

Insightful, conceptual, and pleasant

This is the absolute worst doctor, staff and practice I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. He's rude, unorganized and quite frankly needs to be investigated as to if he should even have a licence. You can't reach him or any one on his staff without being hung up on or put on hold for an hour and that's if you are lucky enough to not get a busy signal or voicemail. 2 and 3 hour wait times when you have an appointment. I implore any one looking for a new doctor not to choose this one. If there was an option to give him a zero rating that would better describe him.
