Dr. William Oppenheim, MD

I have heard a lot of good words about Dr. Oppenheim, therefore I made an appointment for today at 3:30 pm. Two days ago I received a call from the doctor's office, they offered to change the appointment to 12:45 pm. I agreed, and today at 12:30 pm I entered the office. Despite the reminder that masked were required, not all of 11 people sitting in the small waiting room had masks. The staff did not required that. The lady at the front desk could not find my appointment. Finally, I fill all the paperwork, and started waiting. It was very boring because cell phone had no signal, and WiFi did not work. After 45 minutes wait, I asked the lady at front desk when the doctor would see me. The answer was "another hour or so", which meant that my wait time would greatly exceed 2 hours. It was absolutely unacceptable. Therefore I cannot review the doctor, I had no opportunity to see him, and I do not think I will.

Amazing MD!!Thoughtful. Takes his time. Answers questions. Exceptional surgical skills and bed side manner. Great office staff. A win win.

This is the second time I’ve met with Dr Oppenheim. First I’d like to address his staff. ! Mariah went above and beyond for my mother. She was kind , she was lovely and so polite. Raquel even stayed late for us to book our next appointment. I Don’t care if we had to wait as once we were seen k it was as if Dr. Oppenheim was solely focused on us and this made me feel like we mattered. A great doctor is worth the wait.

Great bedside manner. Explains everything. Professional and has a great sense of humor.

The staff is very sweet and helpful, they prepare you for the wait before you come. Dr. Oppenheim is amazing. The wait has been cut down although it is well worth it.

I shattered my elbow in 2014 and he was the only one who would try to fix it because it was in pieces. 24 pins and screws and radial head implant later and I'm doing well still have pain and numbness but was told straight forward I would never straighten arm out and would have problems as I get older. I highly recommend this Surgeon

Well functioning office lead by a talented and compassionate physician! PA Juliana was very attentive and skilled in diagnosing my “frozen shoulder”, Dr. Oppenheim treated it right away with steroid shot, and pain was gone in minutes. Very impressed!
