There is no excuse for rudeness from a doctor or anyone. He needs to go back to Kindergarten and learn how to treat his patients with dignity and respect.

Dr Kenneth S Klein is a great surgeon. This is my 2nd knee replacement in 6 months. Recovery time is real good. Walking with a cane one day after surgery. He tells it like it is and I respect that.

Office staff was very rude. They are money hungry too, double and triple booking appointments so everytime, you sit in the waiting room for at least 2 hours. Finally, Dr. Klein came in, told me there was nothing wrong with my shoulder (which he said about the other shoulder before an MRI proved that I needed surgery) but he was going to give me a shot of cortisone anyway. When I paused for a moment, he said "hello, did you hear me?" Really? Does he think that just because he is wearing the white coat that he is better than me? That he could talk to me that way? Degrade me? I am paying you, not the other way around! He even argued with me, asking me if "hello" was a bad word. I said, "it is the way you said it!" Then I walked out. I wouldn't see him if he was the last doctor on earth!

very bad place to visit , very rude staff , I wish I never been there , one and only visit

Had my Right Hip replaced by Dr Klein now my right leg is about 3/4" longer then my left leg causing me to bop up and down when I walk. When I saw Dr Klein to show him how I walked he suddenly had a loss of vision said I was walking perfectly.I read him the riot act and left. Stay away from this Dr unless you want to bop up and down when you walk as he is far from the Dr you want to go for a similar procedure.After the surgery I never heard a word from Dr Klein until I called for appt about 6-7 weeks later to let him know he performed inept surgery on me.Zero follow up after surgery.
