I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Paroulo

The office staff at this office are super unsympathetic and immune to anyone who has sick children. I've had several instances where I have needed to have my child seen only to have them tell me...it will have to be tomorrow. They hardly smile when dealing with people. The Dr is AMAZING but I deal with these people more than the Dr, so the experience is just awful. I have talked with the office manager several times and she insures that she relates these things to the Dr...but I'm assuming that probably isn't the case. Don't waste your time with this office if you expect excellent care from anyone other than Dr. I would also like to add that I had to wait over an hour to be seen with my 10 month old who had a fever of 102.4! That is crazy!

I drive 30 minutes to Dr Paruolo's with good reason. His professionalism and bedside manner are extraordinary, as well as his willingness to make immediate referrals to specialists. After interviewing 4 different pediatric practices after we moved 7 years ago, I still drive back to Dr Paruolo's for my child because no one else provides the same level of care.

Dr Paruolo is an excellent pediatrician. We chose him after he visited a birthing class my wife and I attended. He is very approachable, loves kids, loves his job and makes patients and parents feel at ease. We still take our kids to see him even though we have since moved to Richardson (40 minute trip each way) because we like him so much.

We were truly fortunate to have been given Dr. P's name when we moved here. He uses a healthy dose of common sense in his practice, takes his time explaining, asking, observing and respects my family's convictions. His staff makes the effort to know their patients by name and insurance/billing is no problem. If you can get in with this office, take that appointment!

I've got four kids and we've been a patient for almost 8 years. We really love Dr.Paruolo. We've had broken bones, hospitalizations and one of my children has a few chronic conditions. He is consciencious and yet he doesn't overreact. My children actually look forward to seeing him at appointments. He shares our family's values and takes his time during appoinments. My only real complaint is that their office staff tends to be unorganized and somewhat unprofessional.

Best bedside manners of any Doctor. I have 5 kids, so I've seen a few pediatricians. He never rushes us and gives us plenty of time for any questions and concerns we may have. When my 5th child was born with craniosynostosis, he was the only doctor out of four that didn't agree with the diagnosis of the other three (who were wrong) and recommended a specialist.
