Dr. William Lenox Pfaff, MD

Received injections' from doctor which resulted in agonizing pain. Could not speak with him. Staff kept making excuses. Could not be reached because he was called for "emergency surgeries, was in with a patient, was "out" of the office, was doing a procedure" and on and on while I was in horrific pain. After a week of trying to get a hold of the doctor I was told he did respond by saying to call my primary care physician who was on vacation. Kept calling Dr Pfaff's office for another week, enduring the pain, and was given the same responses as the past week. When my doctor returned from vacation he saw me right away and gave me immediate relief. Have not heard from Dr Pfaff except for him to cancel two follow-up appointments. I will not go to the one he currently scheduled me for and I will never set foot in his office again. His extremely rude staff was so nasty when I would call I'm surprised they remain employed. They need to be retrained.

Wishing for a prescription to be filled for 6 days no call back or anything always an excuse with the staff

Herniated a disk doing stupid man stuff. Dr. Pfaff got me in quickly, diagnosed the injury, and proceeded to give me 3 injections over 5 months until I could schedule surgery. The injections worked very well and got me through with much less pain. The doctor performed the surgery, and within a few weeks I am back to my pre-injury condition. His practice is responsive, friendly, and easy to work with.

Left me suffer in pain without notifying me that the doctor was going to be out for 2 months. Told me they had too many patients and could not call them all! REALLY!

I suffered multiple injuries due to a accident for which this is how I met with Dr Pfaff whom stood well above the rest when others failed He found why I was having the issues with my back and why I was experiencing loss of feeling to my right leg , explained every detail about the surgery he was going to perform and did the surgery , Not only was the surgery a complete success I am also able to use and have feeling back to my leg , himself and his staff are extremely welcoming and make you feel very comfortable upon your visits , answering any questions and are just pleasant with the Dr / patient relationship I highly recommend his services to anyone in need , He remains my only choice and I travel across the state keeping his practice for my needs

Dr. Pfaff listened to what I had to say. He explained my reports in a way I understood and in detail. I really appreciated the way he put me at ease when he told me surgery was required. Dr. Pfaff explained exactly what the procedure was and what to expect after the surgery. I wasn't an easy patient but his patients with me was an A+.
