Bill Picon listens and processes in a caring and intelligent way. He is perceptive and meets you where you are, working with you to move in positive and helpful directions. His insightful questions help you discover answers that make sense and enable you to look at issues in new and productive ways. And he helps you develop tools to function more successfully in a variety of settings. I find myself doing a lot of thinking and processing in ways that open the way to new understandings, able to develop better coping mechanisms, and build better operational frameworks. He is open, tactful, and honest. You can feel the thoughtful processing and benefit from his insights. There isn't one right answer; rather it is a process of discovery and give and take. I am stronger and more able as a result of our interactions and exchanges.
