va urology failed in all categories for my two years as a patient of dr rawls. extremely long waits, over an hour two times. lost my records twice. very discourteous. mishandled and mislabeled my blood and urine specimens only to misdiagnose and try to schedule me for a biopsy. i only found out about the supposed elevated level when i call them over 3 weeks after the test. they failed to call!!! i went to sentara and got a valid psa blood and urine test to find all levels in the safe range. total chaos.!!!

Office visits are never on time. Shortest wait I have is an hour past the scheduled appointment. Longest was over 2 hours. I found a different doctor and clinic.

Doctor William H. Rawls, is the best Urologist I have had contact with. I have had kidney stones from the age of 17. Doctor Rawls' knowledge and expert care has made my life good again. Kidney stone pain is some of the worst pain one can experience. Dr. Rawls is one of the finest doctors I have had care for me. He has treated my kidney stones and performed surgery on my stones. His staff are wonderful to deal with. Dr. Rawls is above others in knowledge and care.

Never get taken back close to on time. 1230 blood test a half hour late. Let us see when I get called back for 1:30 appt. already late. Patients time is not portant

As a patient of Dr. Rawls, I consider him to be very personable, having excellent bedside manner, straight-forward & thorough in his analysis & communication AND down-to-earth individual, as well as doctor. Being a member of the southside's urology corporate conglomerate creates problems not associated with a private practice but the benefits of Dr. Rawls consultation & care far outweigh any & all of them!
