The entire team at Lakes ENT is great. I was able to see Dr. Richards within 6 weeks of my referral, which is amazing for an ENT specialist! In larger cities it can take over 6 months to see a specialist.

Had a good experience. He was prompt , kind, knew his business. He gave me time to go over what I thought and he listened to me. He looked at me when I talked and did not rush me. If my symptoms do not improve I will follow up with him and not switch doctors - I felt very comfortable with him and recommend him

Find a ENT that will take time with you and listen, this guy will not do that.

This guy is horrible. Don’t waste your time or money. Would not listen to me on what I thought I was dealing with. Told him I might have Eagle Syndrome and we should look into it. Told me it’s very rare and That I have migraines. I Went to another doctor that listened to me and what do you know, I have Eagle Syndrome. Just had surgery and my symptoms are gone. Feel bad that our hospital now hired him. Big mistake.

Went in to explain my issues I've been having, Dr. Richard didn't even listen or give me the time of day. I would say more but decided to take the high road this time. I would not go back though.
