Loved our common backgrounds of mechanical engineering; saved my life in Oct 2002 in Bethlehem upon receiving me as a victim of ascending aortic aneurysm in an emergency situation; fully explained procedures and results of installing a St Jude's mechanical aortic valve and dacron aorta section; gives post-op hugs and is extremely caring; would love to meet again and our family will always be most grateful for my extended life.

My aortic dissection and bicuspid aortic valve were repaired by Dr. Risher in 1995 and I'm still here 2 decades later

Quid-bypass surgery in 1995. No problem since then, as Dr. Risher is an excellent surgeon.

In 2003 Dr risher performed 5 Bypasses on me and here it is 2011 and I am at the gym running around 5 Miles a dayon the Ellipitical machine I still remember his excellent patient skills as well as his technical expertise He also made it his trademark to hug a person when the visit was over Excellent doctor and person
