Dr. William A Roberts, MD

I saw Dr. Roberts after I got an infection on my big toe of Ostiomylitus (bone bacteria). He recommended that I amputate the toe. I balked at this and got numerous other opinions All of them ended up with "amputate the toe" which I did with Dr. Roberts and he did an excellent job. Not everyone likes his sense of humor, I love it.

I am a health professional retired. I have seen a number of doctors in my time and this doctor is a great one. He was caring and had a firm grasp of my situation which was life threatening because of the sepsis I had. I recuperated under his care and he was loved by my family. I have something to say about the nature of some of these reviews. Darkness hates the light,

Dr. Roberts performed two surgeries on my mother this year, one for a broken leg and the other for a broken shoulder. Dr. Roberts is very professional and knowledgeable with excellent bedside manner.

Horrible doctor. It took 3 weeks To get him to get my biopsy results after he fixed my hip. After getting it he walking in exam room waving it around and said “well you have cancer and I don’t know what the rest of this means.” Then he asked how long ago did I have breast cancer. When I answered 17 years his reply was “well you had 17 years”. Guess that was all I needed. Horrible man that pretends to be religious.

Bad bedside behavior, and uncaring. I had fractured my foot which I found out 4 weeks later and he said it was a sprain. I walked on a fractured foot the entire time in agony.

I went to see this doctor after moving to this area. Having been a nurse for almost 40 years and working med surg and patient care for so long; I had some back issues. I live in Summerdale and decided to go to see him to see if he could help me. He came into the room quoting scripture and continued to do this the entire visit. I had heard him through the wall in another patients room and he was raising his voice and not being so Godly then. He never did one x-ray on my back. He just told me to go to the Y and get in the pool. I then asked my nursing friends who they would recommend me to see and everyone of them said Dr. West. I having been seeing him for several years now getting epidurals for ruptured disc, bulging disc, and bone spurs in my cervical spine. I have stress fractures in my thoracic spine, ruptured disc, and narrowing of my spinal cord. My LS spine shows ruptured and bulging disc, a piece of vertebra floating down there, and I also have sciatica down my lower… extremities. ALL I NEEDED TO DO WAS GET IN THE POOL AT THE Y.

Excellent doctor with a great result.

Dr. Roberts is an excellent dr. and listens well to what the patients has to say. His advice is right on the mark.

never listen to what i had to say about my injury. tried to tell how it happened and was told that didn't concern him. dr Roberts even told me that my leg pain was in my head and there was no way I could be in that much pain. went to another dr and ended up having a L5 S1 fusion 4 months later
