Dr. William Earl Roundtree, MD

Dr. Roundtree has always provided excellent care for me. I was admitted into the hospital for blood clots around 1:00 AM and he was at the hospital around 5:00 AM after being notified by the hospital. He immediately call and arrange a specialist to perform surgery to resolve the clots. Everyday that I was in the hospital he did not hesitate to visit me and check on my condition. No only did he care for me during the hospital stay, I had a doctor's office visit and was complaining of pain in my chest, shortness of breath and having burning sensation as before when the clots appeared. He immediately arrange testing at the hospital to rule out reoccurring of blood clots. Dr. Roundtree is a very caring, concern, dedicated and professional doctor. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a doctor that really cares.

DR. ROUNDTREE WAS VERY THOROUGH AND TOOK TIME TO EXPLAIN MEDICAL TERMS. HE ASKED PERTINENT QUESTIONS AND TREATMENT WAS RIGHT ON.

Although advertised as a family care and sports med physician, each of visits to his office, I've observed only senior citizens in the waiting area. I suspect that he tells the patients what they want to hear, rather than responding to their observable behaviors. Under Roundtree's care, I've watched my mother's health decline at an alarming rate. He's missed MULTIPLE diagnoses, including an obvious neurological disorder as well as cardiac abnormalities. On one visit he complimented her on her appearance after she had inexplicably lost more than 50% of her muscle mass. This is UNACCEPTABLE!!

The receptionist has the worst customer service etiquette I've ever seen. She's rude and very unfriendly! Other than that, the overall experience was good.
