Dr. William Lee Rowland, MD

My mother was a patient for about a year or so. Her Medicaid provider was looking to decrease her in home aide benefits by a significant amount and I needed a letter from the doctor stating she needed these hours as she has dementia. He told me he would write the letter only after seeing her again and after she had blood work. We complied and then he refused to write the letter for her. IMHO, he shouldn't be practicing medicine. He and his office staff are a disgrace doing this to an elderly woman during Covid. I will be telling everyone I know about this unscrupulous doctor.

Dr. Roland staff was rude to me about a mask so I was rude back. Then they sent me a notification that I am no longer the patient. By Michelle the office manager. I am sure Dr. Roland knows nothing about this because he would give me a second chance as Christ has given us all. I have tried to contact Dr. Roland directly but the office manager Michelle keeps answering the request.

I recently visited Dr Rowland for an annual well visit exam. He spent less than 5 minutes with me. He only checked my breathing with a stethoscope but never had me lay down to check anything else.

Very impressed with the office of Dr. William Roland (Boca Raton, FL). Easy to schedule an appointment, friendly, knowledgeable, polite and professional staff (Dr. Roland, Carlos, Sandra to name a few).

I always feel that these Doctors take the needed time and explain in detail what is needed. Follow up with office staff could use improvement

Takes forever to get an appointment. Put on hold and never returned to take calls. Was on hold for 12 minutes the first time and 2nd time over 20 minutes. I finally gave up until after lunch

Great doctor! No one answers the phones - EVER.

The WORST. I could spend an hour writing but this doctor (and his staff) -"Stay AWAY from". Trust me.
