Dr Schnackel has to be the most compassionate, understanding, and knowledgeable doctor ever! He knows exactly how to treat his patients with the best options for their health issues. He is, by far, the most understanding physician out there! Every doctor should be made to observe his bedside manner and emulate it with all patients!

Dr Schnackel is great! He is always interested in trying to help you obtain your best level of health. He actively listens to you, and takes the time to fully understand your complaints or symptoms, to deliver the best level of medical care for you! I highly recommend him to you and yours!

I have been going here for about 4 years now. For a long time I went without a primary care physician. I spent some time doing research through my insurance company's website and landed here at Riverside Medical Group - COPC with Dr. William Schnackel. I cannot say enough about how well you are cared for at this practice. From the moment you walk in the door of their modern facility you are greeted with smiles and welcomed. The front desk staff always has a compliment for me and they handl everything with my insurance company very well! The nurses are friendly and you get to know them, it's like a family. Dr. Schnackel has been by my side these past years through uncomfortable situations and hard conversations. He respects my views and background (LGBTQ) when it comes to my health. He listens and takes notes while I go through my updates and concerns. COPC also has this thing called a same day center- it is wonderful! You can avoid costly trips to urgent care or worse, the… ER. Everything is right there in the medical building; lab, radiology, you name it! I am so thankful to have found a doctor and practice such as this on the first try and I can only hope that this review may help others have the same experience.

Dr. Schnackel continues to be a wonderful PCP. He makes it easy to ask questions, and his answers are thoughtful and clear. His nurse. Jodi, is also outstanding. She made me feel comfortable, and her blood draw technique is quick, painless, and bruise free! I feel very lucky to be cared for by Dr. Scnackel and his team.
