Found this Dr. to be extremely rude!!! His office staff at St. Anthony's are extremely unprofessional and there is absolutely no privacy. Everyone hears everyone else's business.

I've been going to Dr. Sciortino for years. The care is good, the staff is friendly, and he's very professional (and always busy). I think some of the other reviewers are mistaking efficiency for unfriendliness. When it comes to my eyes, I'm not looking for an entertainer. I'm looking for someone who knows what he's doing. That would be Dr. S.

Professionally Dr S is very good. Have had successful cataract surgrery performed by him. Feel my eyecare is good. Has a "bark worse than his bite" personalitywise. Does seems unnecessary but......did feel for the scrub nurse being chastised while the patient is awake.

Dr. Sciortino lacks compassion. He is rude and thinks he knows it all. Not necessarily so. His staff is afraid of him. Proceed with caution.
