Dr. William P Shaeffer

Dr. William Shaeffer is the best dentist that I have ever come across. First and foremost, his location is very professional and friendly. From the people checking you in to the hygienist - everybody in the office has a smile on their face and it makes going to the dentist quite enjoyable! I have been going Dr. William Shaeffer’s office for more than 6+ years now. Dr. Shaeffer is very talented in his line of work. Having him and his team operate on A chipped tooth felt like a harmonious symphony. Him and his team click together very well and you can tell by the quality and speed of their craft. I visit Dr. William Shaeffer’s office twice a year for a deep cleaning. Even though my appointments are scheduled and routine; Dr. Shaeffer is quick to have a conversation with me just to catch up. Dr. Shaeffer will ease any worries that you may have about anything dental related. Through his years of practice, Dr. Shaeffer answers and questions and concerns in the highest detail!… Personally, Dr. Shaeffer has made my daily dental routine and my bi-annual appointments enjoyable. It is a great feeling to apply his dental advice to my dental hygiene and having it see improve my oral health! Great guy and great team! - Ansel Ponce Diama

DO NOT GO HERE ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A SINGLE MOTHER AND BRING YOUR CHILD/REN WITH YOU THEY WILL DISCRIMINATE AGAINST YOU!! They do not even deserve one star. I got referred by my dad who has spent thousands of dollars here. The moment I walked in my two year old had laid down on the couch it’s 10:30 in the morning he’s tired... the first thing Dr Shaeffer said to me was “I see we have another cranky kid on our hands”. Which was rude as can be. We then had the assistant walk us back to the room. Even before I got a chance to sit down she told me that my son couldn’t be in the room with me. Not one other dentist that we’ve been to has ever asked me to have my child stand outside the door by himself. Especially not a two year old. They have accommodated us and they have given him the weighted mat to cover him. When I pushed back she said that they wouldn’t do that. When I told her that this is ridiculous and if he was going to stand out by the door he would be crying. Which my son got… frustrated at this point he didn’t want to leave me and started to cry. Dr shaeffer decided to join us at this point and says that most people have their kids watched by their babysitters or family. I told him that I am a single mother and I don’t have anyone to watch him. I take him everywhere with me. If he had to stand out here he would cry which is normal for a two year old. I said obviously you don’t have children since you’re not understanding my situation. He said it wasn’t normal. Laughed at me. Then said he wasn’t going to see me because I had my son with me. That maybe next time I should “figure it out”. I told them that this was discrimination. That this wasn’t okay. It was not okay. They kicked us out and Dr shaeffer slammed the door in my face.

I have been going to Dr. Shaeffer for over 10 years. He is a very caring and takes his time to go over everything with you. He and is staff are the best !
