Dr. William Thomas Shaffer, MD

Dr. William Shaffer is an internal medicine physician who has dedicated 42 years to caring for patients with a wide range of medical conditions. He earned his medical degree from the University of Iowa and completed his residency at the University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics, building a strong foundation in comprehensive adult healthcare. His extensive experience spans more than four decades of medical practice. Dr. Shaffer is bilingual, speaking both English and Spanish to better serve diverse patient populations.

Dr. Shaffer practices at locations in Bloomington and Fridley, Minnesota, and maintains an affiliation with Minneapolis Heart Institute.
