Dr. William James Shanahan, MD

Dr. Shanahan recently performed a colonoscopy on my son and my husband, both of which are not fond of going to the doctor, they are both willing to have any procedure done now and are no longer afraid to have things check out. Dr. Shanahan was awesome. I highly recommend him.

You can't always believe what you read in these type of settings known Dr. Shanahan for many years and trust him with my entire family. He is a caring doctor who tells it like it is and this sometimes makes people mad but the truth is better than a lie.

Dr. Shanahan has performed improper surgery on more than one patient as evidenced by the disciplinary record he has with the Florida State Medical Board. He recently performed a lumpectomy on a close relative without her permission when she went to him for a biopsy. He performed the lumpectomy without first performing a biopsy and, therefore, could not have known that lumpectomy would be necessary.
