Unprofessional, rude, doesn’t communicate well. Showed up late to my operation then refused to do surgery based off things we discussed months prior to surgery. Grabbed my phone out of hand for whatever reason. Grabbed my foot forcefully without my say so to uncross my legs. Would not recommend unless you like your time being wasted. Or you like to feel awkward. The whole process was weird,cringy, and a waste of five months.

Dr. Thompson was extremely professional and explained everything involved in my breast reduction. The surgery went well and I was extremely satisfied with the outcome. My follow up experiences were great. I have referred others in need of a reduction to Dr. Thompson. Thank you doctor for giving me excellent care.

Very disheartening experience, great personality but too unprofessional in giving correct and treating my problem. Insurance was billed and billed paid, yet I still have issue. This doctor was not series and I hated him singing and appearing unprofessional. I went thru an additional 4 months of unsuccessful and treatment and will never ever refer him . I wish he had of referred me to an oral surgeon vs cutting on me. Even my dentist commented negatively regarding him not taking care of my problem. He is a very personable guy, however he needs to realize the seriousness of using a scalpel or knife on a patient, its not a matter to take litely, all I can say is my experience was frightening and I still have the problem. I am not trying to discredit him, only being honest about my paid medical services, experience and he did nor resolve my issue!

I had beast augmentation with this doctors predecessor wonderful man. When I had issues with my 13 year old implants I had him remove them. He is the most arrogant Doctor I have every talked to. The area were the infection was looked like a hatchet job you would expect from a regular surgeon. (A breast trauma surgeon had wanted to work with him on the infected breast and remove it only.) He wouldn't work with her and said both had to come out.) When I asked how long to wait before replacing , he said "never be happy with tinny titties) and walked out the door. When I was looking to have thigh surgery after major weight lost, I talked to him and 3 others. All he wanted to now was why I wasn't getting the breast re-implanted. Duh. Not a nice man at all

I have no idea how this man got his license. I recently had a baby and have a little bit of sagging skin on my belly and I have a herniated belly button so I went to him for answers. He told me he doesn't even know how to fix a belly button and to remove my tiny bit of extra skin I would have a scar from my sternum to my pelvic bone and from hip to hip. Don't even waste your time with this man, he has no idea what he is talking about.

I have severe rippling that look like deep grooves in both breasts after augmentation from less than a year ago. My life has forever been altered by the scars. One particular scar stretches from hip to hip with areas varying from 2/8" - 3/8" thick. Each end of the scar is puckered leaving a sagging divot in my skin. My body looked good before surgery. I thought after having kids that I would have a mommy makeover to help sagging areas. I wish I had never gone through this. I will be disfigured for the rest of my life. If I could go back in time, I would never have walked through his doors.

He was very patient and helped me with my decisions.

Terrible, I think his main focus is cosmetic but I needed someone who knew reconstruction. After three visits he asked me what was wrong? Office staff did not know where McLaren Imaging was located. My daughter came to my visit and she is an RN in critical care and he insulted her when I asked for her to see my MRI results.
