Dr. William Edgardo Torres-Perez, MD

Dr. Ubani is a Phenomenal Dr & I’ve been a patient w/her for over 15 yrs. However, her associate doctor Torres has No empathy, absolutely No compassion & orders medicines w/out reviewing your chart.I had to take it upon myself to google search complications & take myself off of a medication that he had given me that had horrible side effects. I have never broke down in tears due to a doctor not showing genuine concern about my health, the things that are bothering me. I was told on a previous visit that I was prescribed an ultrasound because he thought I had a blood clot & says they will be contacting me for scheduling. 2 days later I still hadn’t heard back so I called and then I was sent the script for it. Called Tower to make an Appt and was told it was urgent & I needed to come in right away l, well apparently Torres & staff didn’t think so since no one called. He tells me that they don’t call after tests are done unless something is found but I feel that for an ongoing issue in… which I have, it would be a courtesy if this pat is having unresolved probs & he replies “well I’ve been here for 6 yrs & that’s not a policy.” I know medical school cant be all med & science; showing concern is a part. I would rather lay dead on a street b4 I allow him to bring me to tears again. The 1st time I met him,didn’t care 4 him but gave another chance.When someone shows who they are, believe’em
