Dr. Townsend and his team made my vasectomy experience as smooth as it could possibly be from beginning to end. I received all the information I needed beforehand, including having my prescriptions ordered ahead of time. Once I arrived, Dr. Townsend walked me through the entire procedure and made sure I knew what to expect every step of the way. That honestly made a huge difference because I wasn’t sitting there wondering what was happening next. The procedure itself was quick—probably 10–15 minutes once we got started. He even put some music on, which helped ease some of my anxiety and made the whole experience feel much more relaxed. The communication didn’t stop when the procedure was over. I was given very specific follow-up instructions, including what I could and couldn’t do afterward and how to approach work while recovering. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Dr. Townsend was professional, informative, patient, and thorough throughout the entire… process. Five stars. Two thumbs up. Whatever rating system we’re using—Dr. Townsend gets all of it.
