I had a hip replacement seven years ago on my right hip, so I have a unique perspective for comparison. The left hip replacement performed by Dr. William Tucker produced an unmatched outcome. Five months after surgery, I have no pain and feel as if I have a completely normal, healthy hip. Dr. Tucker is an exceptional surgeon with a compassionate and caring approach. He took the time to address all my questions before surgery and followed up afterward to ensure the best possible result. I highly recommend Dr. William Tucker to anyone seeking an outstanding hip surgeon.

I just had my initial visit with Dr. Tucker and his staff. To say I was impressed is an understatement. They were quick, friendly and very efficient and made me feel like I was the most important person they will see that day. I left with complete confidence that I had picked the right doctor and staff. I have certainly have had bad experiences in my life with Doctors offices, but this was one of the best ever!

Absolutely Horrible place and service!! I pre-registered online and arrived at 12;39 for my 1;00 visit with Dr Tucker. I did not actually see him until over 2 hours later!!! He was rushed seemed mechanical and did not even offer an apology for the ridiculously long wait time. My time is just as important as yours Dr Tucker grow up stop overbooking if you can't deal with patients in a timely fashion then don't book an appointment.. His staff was also incompetent , stressed, unable to handle volume, they could not even figure out how to download my DVD hip X-Rays. Save your time and money,,, Go to a place that actually cares about people with chronic joint pain.

Dr. Tucker prepares you thoroughly prior to surgery including having you take physical therapy prior to the surgery. After the surgery he visited me in the hospital after I was released to home he had set up in home PT, equipment I needed and visiting nurse. When I had several issues arise on the weekend he always got in touch when I phoned! He has a wonderfully soothing and caring personality, very knowledgeable and skilled. He made me feel safe! I recovered from 2knee surgeries, 2 years apart in record time. No complications, I am in my 70's and highly recommend him! I had no issues with my wait times because he spends what time is needed with each patient and we all deserve that so yes I will wait if needed. God bless him!

I could not of asked for a better experience in every aspect!

Doctor Tucker is the most inconsiderate doctor I have ever worked with. After his staff checked me in, I waited over an hour in the room for him to come in to see me. This happened both times I came to visit. Once he was in the room he acted like he was bothered with th questions I was asking and rushed through the appointment. I have never been treated so poorly by a doctor.

We waited 1.25 hours to see dr tucker. When he came in he did not have the MRI results as he stated over the phone so we could see the issues. He appeared disheveled and not interested in taking care of my mothers pain. He said all he could do is give her some pain medicine. In reading more information on webmd and mayo clinic there appears to be several alternatives to hip replacement. We will be seeking a second opinion and changing physicians.

Follow up was awful - did not seem like he good care less about questions or problems. Maybe he only cares if you are special.
