Dr. William Edward Vonkaenel, MD

Dr. von Kaenel diagnosed the cause of my back pain and treated it with a simple procedure called a radiofrequency. I would recommend him as the best pain doctor in town.

Dr. von Kaenel is very experienced and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the source of my chronic back pain and treated it with an outpatient procedure called MILD. My mobility has improved tremendously.

Dr. von Kaenel is not only an excellent doctor, but very funny. I trust him to treat my nagging back pain without opioids, for which I am grateful.

Dr. William E Von Kaenel was Very Rude and Condescending to me. He may have got awards but his Behavior to me was Horrible.He is Full of Air about himself and thinks he is above everyone. He did not address any question i asked him but would put his hand on his forehead and roll his eyes. I would expect a little empathy from a Doctor as i am there due to pain i am having and would like to find out more about the Cause and Future ramifications that may come up. Furthermore i am a paying patient. I will Never go back to his office again and am looking for another pain management Doctor. His Staff of Two ladies that dealt with me were very Nice and Helpful. I have Never Been Treated so Badly in my Whole Life. It took a lot from me to stay calm till this ordeal ended.

Dr. Von Kaenel seems reasonably competent but is often unprofessional in his behavior. "Grandiose" is how he describes himself. He seems problem-focused rather than patient-focused, exhibiting no empathy.

THE WAIT TIME IN THIS OFFICE IS HORRIBLE AND AFTER THAT YOU STILL HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER 2-3 WEEKS BEFORE YOU CAN GET YOUR REFERRALS DONE!!

Back pain was severe, impacting ability to walk. He did an amazing job of relieving the pain without surgery or drugs. Can't recommend him highly enough.

My experience was yes he knows his business, however; he is not concerned in hearing what you have to say regarding your pain. I also felt that he did not like to answer questions. His assistant Judy could use an attitude adjustment. You had to wait quite a long time to get the procedures done. Things do happen for the best though, I found a different doctor, and am very, very happy with him.

I really appreciate his sense of humor. The way he takes care of his patients is AWESOME. Have recommended him to many people.

Nice Dr. weird sense of humor... knows what he is doing when it comes to taking care of your back pain etc.
