Dr. William Oliver Young III, MD

Dr. Young preformed my strabismus surgery and I am very pleased with the results. I am 68 years old and have worked in ophthalmology for a few years and I found Dr. Young to be very professional, sympathetic to my concerns, highly skilled and I would recommend him to all my family and friends. Also, his staff was very polite and professional.

We have been to multiple visits, always courteous staff with a good flow of treatment. One of my daughters had to have eye surgery at age 5, with Dr. Young, himself, calling to check on her later that night.

rude, horrible attitude towards patients

For a pediatric doctor, I would expect more patience. Dr. Young was visibly impatient and short when answering the questions of the patient. The questions were reasonable questions about prognosis, healing time, and pain, but were treated as if the questions were a bother.

Dr. Young did not have a lot of patience, seemed like he just went through the motions, he was not friendly at all and did not bother to explain my child's eye exam or his diagnosis throughly . He seemed to be in a rush the whole time. I'm definately not returning to this office and will not recommend it to anyone.

The staff was wonderful very friendly and helpful. However Dr. Young was noticeable irritated and exemplified 0 patience with my 5 year old. Dr. Young was not personable or friendly. He was very mechanical and just going through the motions. Though I think his diagnosis was on point, his bedside manners definitely need some help!

Dr. W.O. Young and his entire staff were not only extremely professional, but demonstrated a genuine personal concern for my newborn daughter, that is otherwise absent in the overwhelming majority of medical professionals. On behalf of my entire family id like to, again thank Dr. Young and his staff for their overall excellence. I feel beyond fortunate and confident that Dr. Young provided the highest level of care available in the United States.
