In my opinion, there are not enough accolades, kudos or compliments for Wilmer. He's genuine, kind, informative & so very friendly. Most importantly, he was so thorough with finding why I was in so much pain and discomfort. It took some testing & searching, but he did. C-diff is a very difficult illness to overcome, I am so BLESSED to have had Will on my side. Explained each step of the way & was so eager to make sure I understood all he was telling me. I’ve had a handful of visits with Wilmer Palacios Gonzalez and each time it’s such a pleasure. Wilmer is professional, polite, and thorough. He ordered bloodwork, ultrasound, and even referred me to specialist to make sure my thyroid wasn’t a contributing factor for my condition. Good thing is I’m better now. Bad thing is I don’t have a reason to go for a visit now.

My husband was referred to a specialist and instead of seeing an actual specialist he ended up with this NP. We have never had such a bad experience with a healthcare professional. It is painfully clear he has not read my husband’s chart. He keeps recommending treatment that my husband has already had; treatment that he, the NP, prescribed. He finally prescribed antibiotics but only after my husband repeatedly called and informed him that his test came back positive for a bacterial infection. To be clear, this NP didn’t know, my husband had to tell him. A few days later my husband got a message from him giving him the same information (that he had a bacterial infection) and prescribing him a second round of antibiotics only a few days later. He is unsafe, incompetent and negligent. And as if all this wasn’t bad enough my husband sent this NP a message asking him to please read his chart thoroughly before giving him anymore medical advice. He clearly didn’t read that either because he… still prescribed the second (concurrent) round of antibiotics.)
