Dr. Wilson Egbe Tabe, MD

I'm a diabetic and have high blood pressure. I called to get a refill on my prescriptions (after the pharmacist tried unsuccessfully) and was told I need to come in, which I was previously there two months ago and already have an appointment scheduled for next month. His policy is, if you haven't been seen in the last three months you can't get refills. I have now been out of my medication for two weeks. It's obvious that the well being of the patient is not his concern, so I'll be searching for me another physician

Where to start! They overbook appointments so you are gonna be a while! I had an appointment but so many people were there I had no place to sit. Been waiting 2 weeks for him to call required refills in (diabetic, high blood pressure, stroke and heart patient). FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR!

I have been a patient of Dr Tabe for several months. The staff are very caring, professional and respectful. Dr. Tabe always goes above and beyond to accommodate me. I know he is sincerely concerned with my health and well being. I would and have recommended him to family and friends. In my opinion, he runs a First Class practice. Dr. Tabe is my doctor but more importantly after these several months I also now call him FRIEND!

My first issue was the rude worthless staff they have. They put u on hold for excessive amounts if time, dont do what they say they will, lose your stuff, bill the wrong insurance carriers, and dont return phone calls. The doctor refuses to give u medicine you have been taken for years because he also runs a methadone clinic so rather than take things on a case by case basis they jus say no. But dont worry people if u have medicare or medicaid there are other doctors that will take you and if you have a commercial/private health insurance you have even more options. Let him make his money off supplying methadone to the meth addicts and find somewhere with more class and respect for paying patients.

my mother went to this dr as a new patient. she was having very high blood pressure. she has a condition that has already taken her first kidney, and the first sign the first time around was very high blood pressure. so he goes in the room and she tells him she is there for a physical and he looks at her and says, "do I look like have time for a physical". she asked him for at least bloodwork. he didn't even know her history or if she'd been having problems. they did call her and apologize, but that's just too late. She does not need her nerves tore up more than they already are or to be treated like an inconvenience. never again, and if she has a stroke before she get s better care, he will be hearing from me.

Bedside manner.... I don't think this doctor know what that means. Rude jerk!

I do not recommend this place, the staff is rude the service is very poor. I had called in to have a follow up after a vehicle accident. They told me to come in bring all my documents insurance, police report and vehicle insurance. The police report had not generated yet but my attorney told me that they should still take me. Well I went in and they refuse to take me, told me I had to wait until police report generated.

The staff that work here are incompetent. I gave them my medical records and they ended up losing them. When I called to make a follow up appointment the reception desk was short with me and unprofessional. The whole office closes down 12-1pm every work day for their lunch. Makes it impossible to come in and get things during your lunch hour. The doctor here was nice but its not worth the headache. I will be moving to another doctors office.
