The doctor listened to me. He thoroughly examined me. He was very compassionate. I recommend for anyone to see him if they have a work injury.

Saw me initially for a followup on a workers comp claim for a sprained ankle treated in ER. Felt it was healing adequately. Did NOT do any range of motion tests.3 days later, I contacted doctor because swelling increased along with pain. Office staff scheduled appointment for later in the afternoon. Late afternoon, his office called and cancelled my appointment telling me the doctor did not feel it was related to my injury and I should see my family dr. It was too late to schedule an appt with my family doctor that day.Next day, I saw my family doctor who said the reason it initially appeared that ankle was healing well is because I had not been on my feet at all. Once I returned to work, it became worse. Range of motion tests and xrays done. We are waiting on MRI approval, but it appears that there is a torn tendon.
