Everyone in our office is dedicated to making you feel comfortable during each visit and making sure you have all the information you need to make informed decisions about your braces or other treatments and procedures.
Christy Snider
Christy is the office manager for Wood Orthodontics. She has worked in the orthodontic field in the Phoenix area for 17 years. Over the years she has established relationships with many of the dentists in the area. She enjoys orthodontics because it allows her to work with some wonderful families. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband Steve and her boys Jake and Josh.
Jamie Cutri
Jamie is a clinical staff member for Wood Orthodontics. Jamie has worked in the Anthem area for 6 years. She enjoys working with all the different patients in our practice. In June, Jamie and …her husband, James, will welcome their first child. She will enjoy some time off with her new baby, but will re-join our team later this year.
Jill Ascherl
Jill is a clinical member of our team. She was the first clinical member of Wood Orthodontics in 2005. She works hard to make sure that our clinic runs well at all times. Jill has enjoyed working in the orthodontic field since 1982. Jill and her husband, Rob, moved to Anthem in 2003. They have enjoyed watching this community grow and are proud to have been one of the original families in this area. Jill has three children, Nick, Katie and Thomas.
Kristine Schlitzer
Kristine is one of the friendly faces at our front desk. She has spent 15 years working in the dental field. An Anthem member for the last 7 years, she has also seen this community grow. She enjoys spending her time off with her husband, Eric, and their daughters Maddy and Alyssa.
Amy Locke
Amy is the newest member of the Wood Orthodontics team. While she is new to us, she has worked in orthodontics in the Phoenix area for 11 years. She brings plenty of orthodontic experience and knowledge to our team. When she is not working, Amy enjoys spending time with her husband, George, and their son, Bodhi.
Shael Hohensee
Shael is the other half of our friendly front office team. Shael spends her afternoons with our team. She may look familiar to our high school students because she spends her days at Boulder Creek High School. Shael and her husband Jerry live in Anthem with their boys, Jacob, Justin and Jackson.
Nicci LaMacchia
Nicci is a part time clinical member of our team. She spends her afternoons with our practice. She is relatively new to the orthodontic field. As a senior at Boulder Creek, Nicci came to us to gather more knowledge of the orthodontic field. She started out helping us with sterilization, and learning the techniques of orthodontic treatment. Soon, it became obvious that she had the ability to become an orthodontic technician. She is still training, but she has become a valuable member of our team.
Blane Wasson
Blane is a former patient of Wood Orthodontics. She is currently a student at Boulder Creek High School. Blane works with us after school in our sterilization lab. She works hard and always has a smile on her face. She is working to learn more about orthodontics and hopes to one day pursue a position as a clinical technician.
