Went to see doctor for the first time after seeing his name in the BCBS provider's brochure. From the moment I walked in and explained my problem, this doctor came off rude, condescending and hinging on verbally abusive about his diagnosis and recommendation. Very negative, walked out and never went back.

Dr You has been my family doctor for years. I have always had a good experience, and have felt as if Dr. You genuinely cares about me and my health.

My husband had an appt today with Dr you in reference to numerous small issues and two major problems. Once agsin, for the 3rd time, he has collected a copay and billed my insurance only to yell me to go see another dr to order an mri of His back. As a primary care dr he should have addressed the problems and at the very least order an mri. All he is concerned about is getting your cope and charging your insurance. My family will be finding a new dr immediately. Although the office manager deeann is very pleasant and helpful.

i normally dont do surveys or comments but i feel obligated to let everyone know the experience ive had. i understand everyone wants to get out of the office on Friday, well i came in to the office on Tuesday, i was diagnosed with pharyngitis (virus in the throat) and sinuitis caused by an infection. i was only given nose spray and a z-pack which at the time was fine as my cough wasnt bothering me too bad. well, since Wednesday night my cough intensified, keeping me up at night and hacking so extreme my lungs feel like theyll pop (although i know they wont). i left a message with the receptionist Friday morning. i called back to change the pharmacy location and then asked if i would get a call back today as i did not want to deal with this all weekend with nothing to relieve it. i was then told (in a very rude tone) that i would not get a call back and if she (the receptionist) didnt call me by 2pm to call my pharmacy. i called at 2pm and no messages, i called their office and got an… answering service. i then waited until 4:25pm to call the pharmacy again and still nothing, at around 2:45 i had the answering service page my dr and as i expected i still have yet to get a phone call. i am VERY displeased with this kind of care for my health and the fact that the receptionist was so rude to me, you can clearly tell not only in my voice but by the fact that I WAS IN THERE TUESDAY DIAGNOSED WITH TWO TYPES OF SICKNESS that i am extremely ill, i will never return to this office again as i feel their weekend is far more important then returning a sick patients call. too bad i wasnt sick on a monday or tuesday when its more convenient for them to give a speedy response.
