very bad experience. They don't care about scheduled time. Several times, I was scheduled on 9:30am and get to see Dr after 11:30am. The front desk was very rude and always overcharge the prepaid money. And after delivery, the surgical suture was broken and the wound was infected.

Never get a chance to ask Doctor a question unless on scheduled appointment time even though you have questions about the over charge problem. The Dr never cared about how long you waiting. several times, I was scheduled at 9;30am and I got to see Dr at 11:30AM

Where do I begin? Zhou comes off arrogant. She doesn't really care about the patients' experience, which explains why so many others on different websites gave her bad reviews. Zhou & her office don't communicate well, act distant, & give low quality service. Originally, when I first set the appointment, I booked a different doctor for back-up. I'm glad I had the back-up. We waited long times, over an hour or two just to see the doctor despite our appointment. And that was before we got into the patient room. We waited an additional long time for her when we were finally seated. I felt like she forgot about us or just didn't care. I had to look for her! When I found her, she basically shrugged us off and told us to continue to wait. When I asked if she had any refreshments for the long wait, she arrogantly and bluntly said no while she continued to walk off. Much of her staff is rude & uncourteous except for Marisol. She follows through and is considerate. Later on we also… found additional charges nearly a $1000 extra that was not communicated to us we would be charged for. When I called their office with questions multiple times for Zhou and one of her nurses (Wendy?), they don't return calls. Sometimes you read bad reviews and want to give the benefit of the doubt, and it's so sad when they are true. Don't support this business!

I went to her for annual check including map smear. During checking, I only ask her three questions since she is asking me questions for checking purpose. Finally I have to pay the copay for the special office visit. I told my insurance, I came just for annual checking; I need not pay for the office visit copay. My insurance rep. called them to verify the situation. This Dr. is afraid to answer the call. Her assistant is very rude. I end up with never coming to this Dr. again as my insurance rep. suggested and recommend all not going to this Dr. Also later when I ask the result, they said it can't release due to privacy, I have to come back to sign some papers. Shame on her, she is not qualified as a doctor.

Refused to provide test report. Rude staff. Cold attitude when called after hours.

Dr. Zhou has no professionalism when she practice. She does not care about her patients but money. This office staffs, nurse are very rude. Everyone should run away from this malpractice.

Dr. Zhou doesn't care about the patient at all. During my visit, she was very impatient. I was trying to ask her question about my problems, she kind of ignored it. the most important part is, She didn't even bother to look at my previous diagnosis from a different Doctor. I showed it to her, she didn't even look at it. The wait time was over an hour and 30 mins. I felt like the whole visit was a rip off. I don't understand why people left her good comments.

I have had a couple of visit with Dr. Zhou this year, besides long waiting and abrupt manner from Dr. Zhou, the office clerks are impolite, they also requested me to pay some co-pay that I have paid from last year. when I ask them why I need to pay again, they said they don't have a record for my payment. I need to show my receipt to prove....I just had a ultra sound test and found some fibroids, but Dr. zhou cleared told me that I didn't have fibroids in the earlier visit, she said my pain was caused by stomach or something else. She is the doctor's I don't trust at all.I don't recommend anyone to see her.

Although the surgery was quick, she is a horrible doctor. If you try to contact her after with questions, she will make you come back to her office simply to charge you more money. She does not care about her patients at all, even after surgery, and refuses to talk to them unless she can milk them for more money. SELFISH.

My baby was delivered by Dr.Zhou,and I have been her patient for seven years. I like to talk with her while seeing her. She always gives me some suggestions related to those questions that I was worried about. Yes, sometimes you have to wait for her. The reason is either she goes to the hospital for the emergency or she answers patients' questions. For me, I really can understand.
