Doctor Garcia was incredible, he listened to my problems and took the time to do the examination. Hands down best c&p I have had. Thank you Dr. Garcia for caring.

My experience with Dr. Garcia was excellent. I understand some may have different view about him from my experience he's very caring and he listen to you and never judge you. All of the previous doctor noted that I have extreme hypertension but I keep getting denied by the VA. Dr. Garcia took my blood pressure manually and confirmed that i have a really bad hypertension I even show my meds I've been talking since 2005 which a can never seem to lower my BP to no less then 154/95 that's usually my average. Sometimes it spike to 170/105. Anyway, I think a he's a good fair doctor for C&P. Thank you Dr. Garcia for caring!

Great Doctor, always on time and very knowledgeable. Took time to educate me about my diagnoses instead of sending me out the door. I would highly recommend to see this doctor.

Finally a Doctor that will listen to me and understand my problems. he took the time to explain all my concerns and the process. His staff was very great and Dr. Garcia is a model that all doctors should use as a blueprint when evaluating veterans

I saw Dr Garcia a year ago for a VA evaluation for TMJ. He said that my dental records did not show TMJ. He had someone else's dental records! I handed him my dental appliance that I had from the military. It had my name and SSN on it. He told me he would request my dental records, but he would find in favor of me with or without my records. The VA denied my claim based on Dr Gracia's report that my records did not indicate TMJ. My dental records have never been found, so how can he say this? He also said that I talked of an appliance that I got but he never saw it. I handed it to him and he even asked for pictures of it! When I contacted Dr Garcia he said that he changed his mind based on new evidence. There wasn't any new evidence. Beware. He treats you great while you are there but stabs you in the back when you leave. Don't believe his stories of caring for Vets because his parents were Vets!

Really good customer service. Great Doctor if not the best!! A lot of knowledge very helpful and understanding... Takes the time to explain and making sure you understand what his explaining... Thanks Dr Garcia.

Out of all the veteran administrations I have been to, Dr. Garcia is one of the doctors who has took some time to actually talk to me and understand what I was going through and where I was coming from. I would recommend this doctor to others.

Dr. Garcia is hands down one of the best doctors I have ever been to. I am a veteran and I saw him for my Comp. and Pen. I was so impressed with the time he took to really listen and the detail in my case. Very attentive, cares for the patient and their well being. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

The doctor was prompt and attentive. He did full exams of my listed injuries for my C&P and was great. My rating was increased and I can’t thank him enough.

If you are a veteran going for an initial C&P visit or a re-evaluation, request another doctor. Xico Garcia makes his living by saving the government money, aka, saying whatever is necessary on your paperwork to have your disability rating dropped to the minimum. He 'plays the game' well. He will present himself as an ally...even telling you his father was a veteran and he knows how to make the military stop 'messing' with your rating, but that's all a front. His ONLY mission is to lower your rating. Period. No matter what the exam actually says, he will document whatever is required to lower your rating / disability percentage. Save yourself the time. Simply write the government and tell them you want to voluntarily lower your rating, because that's EXACTLY what you're doing if you visit Xico Garcia.
