This dr said she called me in a script and didn’t and scheduled me for an mri and I go there and it was cancelled didn’t bother to tell me or call my insurance to explain why I needed it just nothing . The my issues kept worsening and my mother in law called and scheduled an ally for me for that morning I went panicking cuz I was very sick and i whatever I had was affecting my heart my vision all sorts of stmtuffshe sent me to er and had me sent to psych ward we I arrived there they sent me home immediately cuz they were baffled to why I was even there. Had me tested at hospital for every drug all negative of course ! I don’t even drink much less do drugd. Not everyone who is sick seeking help does drugs!!!! Needless to say I left the whole bjc system except my lung cancer dr cuz he is fantastic and I have found much better drs. Went to bjc for 3 years with issues and no diagnosis ,left bjc system after this and started using ssm was finally diagnosed within 2 months ,… unbelievable!!!

Dr. Schnurr is always very kind and professional. She is a great family doctor!
