Dr. Xiurong Huang, MD

Dr. Huang is not a doctor who cares about you. My family has been going to her for years because my parents did not speak English. You make an appointment, but still end up waiting for over 30 minutes unless you're the first appointment of the day. Then she spends maybe five minutes with you. She has a ton of patients so I get the feeling she tries to get through all of them for the money. The only thing she's been good for was prescribing cough medicine for colds and filling out our school health forms when we were kids. If she doesn't or can't do something she just says go somewhere else, not specifying where or suggesting where. She doesn't even care if you may have a life threatening situation like the case with my dad. She threw him a pamphlet and told him the place doesn't take his insurance. We went to a specialist later and that Dr. said we should've came sooner or my dad could've ended up in the ER or worse. She has a terrible attitude and looks like she doesn't want to be… bothered. She cuts you off mid sentence and answers you while literally walking out of the door. The younger woman there is the nicest and most careful. The woman at the front desk is super rude. She makes you feel like you 're bothering her and one time she literally told me she was busy and when I asked if I could wait or come back another day she told me not to. She's very curt and she seems just as miserable as Dr. Huang. My advice is don't come here unless you are pretty healthy because she will NOT do a thorough job of checking otherwise.

Poor diagnosing. She told me I was okay and made me keep sicking for more than two months. Since I still felt terribly bad she asked me to do a blood test. When I called and asked the test result, the nurse said everything is normal. Then 7 hours later the doctor called and confirmed I was REALLY SICK! No follow-up with any visit, unless you keep calling her again and again, and on the second/third business day she may have time to call back. Every time I was sick, I need to visit more than once to get an correct/confirmed answer.
