Dr Myers is the best very sweet and a fantastic Doctor always a pleasure to visit!!!

This office is extremely poorly run. They've failed me in every respect: PAs failed to show for 2 telehealth appointments, failed to fax / call in critical prescriptions 2 times. A technician showed up 1.5 hours late for a scheduled ultrasound. Some (not all) staff members are rude and try to cover up their mistakes with lies. The doctor is out of touch with the problems in the office, and doesn't seem to care. Sit in the waiting room for an hour and witness the chaos for yourself.

I was a new patient seeing Dr Myers and was referred to her by my Gynecologist. First of all my new patient appointment lasted less than 15 mins, only 1 of my issues was addressed and then I had an issue with that medication and called asking to have a different medication and never received a call back. Then I received a bill for 3x the amount I was told over the phone for a self pay patient. I asked if Dr Myers would see me again for the office visit that I had that did not address all of my concerns and she denied it. I had to call back 5 days later because no one from the office called to tell me her decision. Now 8 calls and $200 later I'm still at ground zero with weekly migraines, insomnia and still in need for a recommendation for a dermatologist. I guess $200 for 15 mins was not enough money for her and she needed another $150 for the next 15 mins. I worked in the medical field for 17 years and never have I had such disappointment from a medical professional!

Dr. Yael Myers has been our primary care doctor for the past three years. My wife and I are very satisfied with her. She has an excellent knowledge in Internal Medicine. She is friendly, listens and answers our questions with simplicity and kindness. The office staff always treats us in a friendly and professional manner. We do not hesitate to recommend her to anyone who requires a good Internist. Israel & Rosita Burdeinick

Dr Meyers is a very good and attentive doctor. She is knowledgeable smart and when needed she will recommend you to the best specialists. My husband and I have been with dr Meyers for 15 years and we feel very fortunate to have her as our primary doctor.

9 a.m appt... first visit for what I hoped would be my new PCP - which I researched. No one here at 9:20. No doctor, no nurse - receptionist strolled in at 9:15. Someone came from the back when I called out for help & told me to sign in. No sign-in sheet. No one cares. I would steer clear of this unprofessional practice and completely unaffected staff. Dr. Myers apparently does not respect her patients’ time and it clearly is the culture here. Find a better provider.

WORST DOCTOR EVER. GAVE ME MEDICINE FOR MY COLD THAT SPIKED MY BLOOD SUGARS THROUGH THE ROOF AND HER ASSISTANT EVEN SAID THE DOCTOR KNEW THAT IT DOES THAT. SHE IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST. HAVE BEEN CALLING THE OFFICE FOR 3 HOURS TO GET A HOLD OF THE DOCTOR TO SEND IN ANOTHER PRESCRIPTION. SHES TRYING TO GET ME IN AGAIN FOR SOME REASON WHEN SHE KNOWS MY SYMPTOMS. $$ HUNGRY. DISGUSTING DONT GO HERE.

I met Dr Myers many years ago when she was covering for my primary who was out on maternity leave! I fell in love with her. She made me feel so comfortable and she was very professional and attentive to me. After meeting with her, I knew I wanted to switch doctors! I drive 45 minutes twice a year so I can continue to have the best Primary Doctor in South Florida! She’s so caring and takes time to listen and explain things to me. I have never felt rushed. I can’t ask for any more from an internist. She’s extremely knowledgeable, competent, and her staff are all courteous and caring. I have my lab work done and get the results the next day! Why look elsewhere.....she’s the best there is! ????????

Dr. Myers leaves a lot to be desired! She is arrogant, short and curt with a terrible bed side manner and a "holier than thou" attitude! She apparently does not appreciate pro active patients and does not like being asked questions. I was DX'd with a condition that 100% requires being given a lot of information & instructions and I got NONE from her. UNNACCEPTABLE!!!! In my opinion, since she is also a "concierge" doctor, those of us who do not want to pay for that service, are treated far less important! Additionally, there have been repeated mistakes made and oversights in follow ups. Not acceptable! Her front office staff are rude as well. Wait time is also excruciatingly far too long, often times close to 2 hours! They overbook probably due to her "concierge" practice. Beware...patients get preferential treatment! Bottom line, in my opinion, practice concierge medicine or non concierge, not both...both doesn't work and not fair! Would never recommend this doctor & I don't say this… lightly!
